This Company holds pre-eminent luxury brands which lead the market in bespoke design and manufacture of the finest quality furniture for kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, dressing rooms, libraries, media rooms and studies from an extensive portfolio of traditional and contemporary styles. The Company is recognised worldwide as the best in quality, design and craftsmanship with over three decades of success behind them.
The role will be based at our studios around London and head office in the Southwest , but regular UK wide and occasional international travel will be required.
You will have full responsibility for leading and managing the installation team and provide the highest level of service to our Clients, upholding our Company quality standards
You will provide strategic project planning, scheduling sub-contractors, onsite quality control, while liaising with key personnel both internal and external.
To ensure both the efficiency and financial viability of services provided achieve operational margins by effectively controlling costs.
Preferred Background and Skills:
Knowledge and experience of all aspects of Kitchen, Bathroom and Bedroom or Joinery and furniture installations from project site survey to final project completion coupled with a proven track record and a basic understanding of plumbing and electrical requirements is preferable.
Well developed team management skills, the ability to lead and be an effective decision maker.
Experience of managing Contractors within operational margins with a proven track record in effectively controlling costs.
Effective management of Clients.
Risk assessment and Health, Safety and Environmental awareness – Training will be provided
The ability to communicate confidently with people at all levels is essential and be presentable.
A full UK driving licence.
