A luxury furniture business is looking for a professional and articulate Customer Services Manager to head up a team of 4 Customer Service agents.
We are looking for a professional and motivated person who will be responsible for all aspects of supervising the customer services department.
With the focus on high level customer care you must be a hands on manager that can lead by example whilst being able to manage a busy workload.
You will be responsible for liaising with other department heads to ensure all client issues are resolved in a timely and cost effective manner.
The Customer Service team have contact with clients from date of order to completion of projects. It is therefore essential that you have a thorough understanding of managing customer expectations as well as knowledge of working with customer contracts and financial agreements.
